Storyline slide with Course completion trigger is not unclocking

Storyline slides have been inserted into a Rise 360 course with the last slide having a completion trigger (after the Complete button is clicked) but it is not unlocking in Rise for the next lesson (which is an attendance sheet).     This is what I see when I go through all the question slides: after the Complete button is clicked, the Rise Continue button appears and leads to a Google Form block.
