Storyline Slides with Markers causing freeze in Review360
Greetings! I'm building a series of branching scenarios in Storyline, and I've noticed that Review360 will freeze on any slide with multiple markers. It is definitely impacting the SME review experience, and there is some anxiety that the freezing will happen when published to the LMS as well. I need to make sure it doesn't! (We haven't tested in the LMS yet.) Any insights on what may be behind this phenomenon?

I understand you are experiencing a freezing behavior with slides that have markers within Review 360. I'm not experiencing any freezing behavior when working with multiple markers in a Storyline project. We don't want any anxiety with what you'll see in your LMS, so I'm happy to learn more!
- Are the markers displaying only text, or do they contain images, media, or other interactive content?
- Does the freeze occur in all browsers or only specific ones? I'm curious if an incognito window has the same experience.
- Can you replicate this behavior when previewing your project in Storyline?
As a troubleshooting step, I recommend ensuring you're working on the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 118), and then importing your existing slides into a brand new .story file to see if that changes your experience when opening the published course in Review 360.
