Hi Patrick,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue! In addition to what Jean shared, I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions.
- Are you saving and publishing Storyline projects on a local hard drive?
- Does this problem affect all .story files or a particular one? If this issue is happening with one file in particular, please send it to us by clicking here. We will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Hello,
I'm posting this in case someone experiences this problem in the future. I encountered this issue and tried all the above suggestions with no success. I had to submit a support ticket, as Kelly Auner suggested above. However while waiting on a response. I uploaded each scene to the 'Team Slides' library, closed the file, open a new one on my hard drive and downloaded the scenes from the Team Slides library. Success!!! Hopefully this helps someone while waiting on a response to your support ticket.
