Storyline Video player not working

For several of the courses I am working on right now, when shared in Review my participants can't move the slider on the videos to move forward and backward. When I preview the courses the videos all let me move the slider to skip to different moments in the video. 

Is this a Review bug? Will this be resolved once exported as a SCORM file?

    Hello Gabriel, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Have you tested the behavior on other browsers? How about in a private/incognito window? 
    • Are you able to replicate the same behavior when you publish your course to Web or LMS? 
    • Do you have the latest version of Storyline 360 installed? 

    Also, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private through a support case so we can take a look at the behavior?
