Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Have you tested the behavior on other browsers? How about in a private/incognito window?
- Are you able to replicate the same behavior when you publish your course to Web or LMS?
- Do you have the latest version of Storyline 360 installed?
Also, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private through a support case so we can take a look at the behavior?
