Storyline will not download. Reinstalled, cleared cache, temp files, etc... what do I do?

Havent seen any one else pose this question so Im assuming it may be an issue with my system specifically but storyline will not open for me. It's the only program that won't download after installing all the others. What trouble shooting do i need to perform? I cannot get the application to open what's so ever, and yes I've tried the basics.

What else would you recommend? I'm trying to get the most of my free trial!
