Some web browsers, such as Google Chrome and Safari, no longer allow audio and video content to autoplay, so we added a play button to allow the learner to play the media. You can read more about that here:
It sounds like only a certain amount of users aren't able to use the play button. Are you able to narrow down any related reasons between those users? For example, are they on the latest version of the browser? You can review our system requirements for browsing to check:
