Storyline with Video Content

Hello,

I am creating an e-Learning course that primarily has  about  8 separate video instructions.  Can you point me to visual design examples on how to present this material?  The course will have knowledge checks after viewing each video segment.  Thank you!

    Thank you, Elizabeth!

These are great examples.  Some of the sample design appear to be advanced features to create.  For example, the one by Phezulu Dhlodhlo would be a good match to what I would like to create.  Is there an article or resource on how to create the layout?

Hi Stephen. Interactive videos with mid-video quizzes like the one from Phezulu Dhlodhlo are a lot easier to put together than you might think. This article goes into detail about some of the Storyline 360 features that can help you make one very quickly. Cue points can help you trigger the knowledge check, and you could host the knowledge check interaction on another layer or in a lightbox.

Although, if your knowledge checks are always at the end of each video, you could just keep things simple and insert the video on one slide and the knowledge check on the subsequent slide.

Either way, replicating the visual design of that project is quite simple, as the video screens just involve inserting a video file, adding text above it, and centering all the slide content. It's a simple design, but it looks great!
