Hello HarleyOBrien501​, 

I'm glad to know that publishing your course using xAPI is working correctly! I understand you are currently having trouble publishing your Storyline project to include the external LRS Report.

  • To ensure that your course publishes with your LRS report included, make sure your Report to an external LMS option is checked. 

 

  • You mentioned the parameters are getting lost in your LMS after supplying the actor. Have you or your LRS admin tried using our LRS Launch Test guide? This will ensure the correct values are set up for SumTotal. 

 

  • What SumTotal product are you using? I'm sure it would be helpful to share in case others have worked with this and can share what has worked best for them when publishing. 

 

If you are still having trouble displaying your course correctly in your LRS, I recommend contacting the SumTotal Team to ensure your configuration is correctly set up.
