Storyline360 player Caption CC does not work

I am using Storyline360, "text to speak, "to create my e-learning and click player controls- caption in the player.
However, when I click preview, it does not show C.C. Could yo...
The captions icon will only show if your audio has captions
As PhilMayor said, if you add captions to the audio, the icon will show.

Hello PhilMayor and JudyNollet , Thank you very much for the reply. The caption works. However, do you know where I can make the caption words bigger? It seems too small. Thanks for the support.
