Storyline360 says that .jpeg is not a supported file format
I'm trying to insert an image from my desktop so that I can have a background base layer and it says .jpeg isn't support. What gives?

Thanks for reaching out! Great suggestions from Sam. If the issue persists after trying them out, would you be willing to share the image file here or privately in a support case so we can test it on our end? We'll delete it when we're done.
