One device I have used with tablular information in the past is to use a slider with the attributes - variety, taxation, valuation etc. as the values across the slider. Then display the row content on the screen as the slider value changes. This provides a kind of 'look-up' tool. Then taking JudyNollet 's point about helping the learner understand how to use the information, you can ask questions at the bottom of the screen and the learner can use the 'tool' to look up the answer...
