Hi Gavin! I understand some of your students can access the Rise module in your Blackboard LMS and then lose their access.
Based on the screenshots you've shared, I'm curious to know if the Limit Availability option has any effect on a student's access to the course.
Have you reached out to your LMS administrator about this? I would suggest sharing these screenshots with them and seeing if they'll be able to provide feedback or a solution to your issue.
