Articulate Course in Blackboard
I have several projects housed in the BB platform utilizing adaptive release for the multiple lessons within the training. However, when we attempt to go back to a previous lesson for remediation, we have to review the entire lesson instead of being able to skip to the section of the lesson that is the intended focus. The menu has the locks back as if we were looking at the lesson for the first time. The course settings are "Restricted," and the SCORM we use is either 1.2 or 2004. My team and I are trying to figure out whether this is a setting in BB that is not selected or if there is something we can do further in Articulate publishing. Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you,
Leslie Taylor

Hi LeslieTaylor-68,
Thanks for reaching out!
I recommend comparing your course's behavior in a different LMS, like SCORM Cloud, to confirm whether the behavior is expected. While testing, you can enable your course's LMS debug logs to see if you get any errors about your course exceeding suspend data limits. The suspend data is responsible for making sure a course resumes correctly and exceeding this limit has been known to cause issues with the resume functionality. If you can consistently replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can test the behavior. We'll delete it when we're done!
