Submit does not show on a question slide. Next does but is inactive.
Hi all, has anyone have the Prev/Next buttons show up on a question slide only in production when the Submit button should be showing? Can't really reproduce it but I have seen it in my production m...
Hey there, Arnie. That's definitely weird if it is happening sporadically. Could you confirm if you are working on your local C: drive?
Also, does this happen with every project, or just one? If just one, I might recommend importing those slides into a new project to see if that eliminates the inconsistencies. If this is happening with every project, I'd say start with a repair of your Storyline software.
And when you say in production, how are you viewing the published output? You'll want to be sure to view it in its intended environment (on a web server, or in an LMS for example).
