Subscription Issue
Hi there,
I am logged in my okta account that is connected to Articulate 360. I am signed in but when I tried to access my storyline, I got a non subscription message! I have a DEADLINE today and need access. PLEASE HELP!

I'm so sorry for the interruption this caused! We just released a fix for this outage and you should be able to log in once you reload the 360.articulate.com site. Again, we are so sorry for the impact this caused!

I have problems with subscriptions as well. I can get a subscription with our company email but can't get one with my business email. I dunno why. I contacted the Order Management team yesterday - waiting for a reply.
