Subsections within Rise Lessons
Is it possible to add subsections within a Rise lesson?

Hi Toni,
To ensure that we are talking about the same things, I'll use Articulate terminology.
At the highest level in Rise, you have a course.
A course consists of one or more Lessons and Quizzes. These Lessons and Quizzes are created at the root level of the course. Rise courses consist of a single level, i.e. Lessons and Quizzes all exist at the same level.
You cannot add sub-levels to a Rise Lesson.
To help visually organize your Lessons and Quizzes visually, you can create Sections. Sections are just text labels that don't have any content.
You can create any number of sections and position them between your Lessons and Quizzes.

Thank you! Do you know if this feature is on the roadmap to be added?
Hi Tonie,
If you are referring to sub-lessons, we have this feature requested with our Rise engineers already, but it is not a priority for now. We will update this thread though as soon as we hear more from our team about this feature.

I think my question goes in a similar direction.
How can I create chapters and below lessons in Rise 360? The lesson numbering should start over at 1 per chapter. How can I do that? Is there a workaround? Hi Karin,
Thanks for reaching out!
One option is to treat the sections like Chapters. Simply type a chapter title, then hit shift+return. In each section/chapter, you can include a separate lesson.
Feel free to check out this user guide for details on how to outline a course in Rise 360:
