Subtitle for web videos

Hey there,

is there a way to connect a subtitle to a video which was embedded to Storyline 360 as web video. The videofile is on a Web Server that has no option to save subtitles so I have to connect Video and subtitle (vtt) in Storyline. I have to do this with about 90 videos rather big in size, so placing the videofiles directly into the course is not an Option. In storyline it seems Not possible to add a subtitle to a video that has been embedded as webvideo. 

Perhaps someone had the same problem and found a solution.

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    There isn't any way to add subtitles to an embedded video, because embedding implies that the video is hosted elsewhere. You'll need to add subtitles directly to the video source if you want to make the subtitles available.
