subtitles don't appear in video

I've created a tutorial with synthetic voice and subtitles. I added the trigger to turn captions on. when creating the video, and opening the project i can see the subtitles but when I send ...
So - not sure what you mean when you say you “send the file…” I am presuming that you mean publish the file.
Make sure you have enabled the Captions feature in the Player. It’s a checkbox in the list of built-in features. If you have enabled captions and you publish the course and the captions still do not appear, that would be a reason to submit a ticket.
