One troubleshooting step that you can do to help isolate the cause of the issue is to test how your course will behave when uploaded to another LMS. You can use SCORM Cloud for this - Here's how.
If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud, there's a chance that the issue is specific to your LMS. You can try enabling the LMS debug logs for your course to learn more about the behavior as well as what happens in your course right before the issue occurs.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here for further assistance.

Sorry to hear you've also hit this snag and were unable to access the link Joe shared!
We’ve identified an issue where some users are unable to access pages on Articulate.com. We've implemented a fix for the issues, and things are loading normally now. If still unsuccessful, we recommend opening the link in an incognito browser as a workaround.
