Suggestions to create a MC question in the masterslide?

I'm working on a e-learning course, and I want to add serval MC questions along the course. I created all the content slide in the masterslide.

Great question! If you set up triggers and buttons on a slide master, you'll see the button on the slide itself, but the triggers won't be visible on that slide, although they will execute when you preview or publish. If you want to make any changes to the button or the triggers on a slide-by-slide basis, you'll need to add that to the individual slide vs. setting up on a master.
You could always copy a button from one slide to the next to keep a consistent look. That will also carry over any triggers you've added, and you can modify them on each slide.
