Support case status/updates?
I submitted a support case two weeks ago and have received no response other than two automated messages asking if I still need help. How can I find the actual status of a support case? Is it handled...

I appreciate you reaching out. Support cases are handled via email, that is correct! I see that my colleague reached out to you via email at the beginning of this month, but I completely understand that you would like to confirm with us, as it wasn't showing up on your end. It is possible the email was directed to a different folder in your inbox. I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
I've reviewed your case, and I see that my colleague, Christian, has followed up with you this morning. You are in excellent hands! If you cannot see their email, please let me know!
