It looks like you're trying to create a survey that calculates for a Net Promoter Score (NPS) at the end. Storyline 360 can definitely help calculate for the total score, but you'll first need to define how scoring will be done. If you could share more details regarding how the score is calculated, it would be much easier for the community to make recommendations on how you can get started with building the slides.
Additionally, if you need slides that have scoring assigned to them, I'd suggest checking out graded question slides instead.
