Survey Results using Storyline & Rise & Reach360
Hi!
I'm experiencing the same issues. I've created a 5-question survey (with survey results slide) in SL360. When I publish the SCORM file into our LMS (Schoox), I'm unable to extract the survey results. I must be missing something.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi, ElizabethCline!
I see you've submitted a support case, which was a great call. My teammate, Genelyn, sent you an email to begin troubleshooting. We can continue the conversation there!

Hi Kelly,
I'd be interested in the answers too! Was this solved? I'm trying to have a survey in my storyline course and can't retrieve the detailed learners' answers. I've included a result slide and, when publishing, have included the survey in the tracking.
In the report, weirdly, the survey answers are marked as correct or incorrect - despite it being a survey question and there not being any correct or wrong answers! I am attaching the report.
How is this set up correctly to get all the learners' answers in the surveys?Thank you!

Hi PamelaFunes-5be!
Happy to help!
In ElizabethCline's case, her survey results were not being tracked accurately due to a missing 'Submit Results' Trigger on one of her Slides. This Trigger allows Storyline to send the survey data to the LMS, as expected.
Storyline is capable of sending Quiz and Survey data to an LMS. How the LMS interprets and displays that data is reliant on the LMS itself, and can vary. The LMS may be interpreting the data in a 'Quiz' context, so it's showing correct/incorrect status even if that was not your intention.
It sounds like you're on the right track by including a Results Slide. When publishing, in the Reporting & Tracking options, have you chosen “Track using: Result Slide”? If you're comfortable sharing a copy of your .story file, we'd be happy to take a look and ensure that it's set up correctly. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
If everything looks good within the Storyline project itself, yet you're still facing reporting issues, testing the published output in SCORM Cloud is helpful. In some cases reporting and tracking issues are LMS-specific, and not related to the course content itself.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
