Switching Computers
Hi I am getting a new computer at work and wanted to know how to assure I do not lose my license. Should I deactivate it and then reinstall?

Here are instructions for how to transfer Articulate Storyline software from one computer to another for Storyline 2. And in case you're using Storyline 360, this link explains the steps for transferring the Articulate 360 apps from one computer to another. I hope this helps!

Hi, I'm also getting a new laptop at work next week and will need to switch the software over. I have Articulate 360 on my current laptop but I'm not sure I remember/have my Articulate ID? I have my email receipt of purchase. Help.
