Symbols reverting to text within Storyline

I want to make sure I understand your setup, so I have a few follow up questions:
- Do you see the incorrect font in story view, when you preview the project or after publishing?
- I'm curious to know what font you are using in your project to try to replicate this behavior.
- Were the symbols imported into Storyline, or were they created in Storyline?
