System for cataloging Rise course content?

Hi, all. I'm building a master course in Rise 360, and then planning to have several slightly different versions of it and to mix and match pieces from it into new courses. I'm trying to title each course carefully and use folders for organization, but I realize I'm going to need some sort of catalogue or system to keep track of all of the details--things like the course title, content outline, where the course is being used, what elements should be customized when using it to create a new course, etc. Does anyone have a great system, or even a template I could use? I'm thinking I'll just build something in Excel but am open to any ideas.

    Hi,

    As Rise 360 courses does not have the ability to capture this type of developer information within the course itself, we use Excel to keep track of our Master List.

    We have a list of all Rise courses, version control, date of last change and what was changed and by whom, date last published to LMS, etc.
