Tab Arrows in 360 Review

Our QA person is seeing this in IE but not in chrome.
I am not seeing the issue on any device or browser.
Should I assume this is only a 360 review issue?
Great news Terranova 1! We have updated Rise to fix the issue where an unnecessary arrow would appear on a Tabs block. Please let me know if you continue to have any trouble with this!
