Tab key navigation in Rise issues
Hi SueBlanchard,
Thanks for reaching out! I appreciate you sharing what your reviewer experienced when reviewing your Rise 360 course.
1. If you use the tab key to navigate, you'll see the continue button outlined when focused. Let us know if they don't see this outline!
2. Thanks for sharing that your reviewer is using VoiceOver. If the course title is selected when you press the Tab key, an option will appear that lets you skip the sidebar and jump directly into the lesson content. Press Enter to skip the sidebar or press Tab to continue navigating through the sidebar features.
- Here is more information on using keyboard navigation to navigate Rise 360 courses.
If your reviewer is still having trouble, it would be helpful to know which keys and in what order they use them navigating with VoiceOver. It would also be helpful to take a closer look at a screen recording of their experience. We can continue the conversation in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Regarding item 2, thank you for those resources. I've run through a good portion of the training using VoiceOver and from my experience, I think we are good with that issue that he was experiencing. When using voiceover, the focus on the continue button was much more pronounced. However, with regular tabbing, it is very hard to see that it is focused. I can share the link to the review file via support ticket or other means if you think that would be helpful.
