Tabbing not working

Which screen reader are you using? The text will never take focus it will only be read by the screen reader as you use the up and down arrows. The interactive objects will take focus as you tab.
Looks like PhilMayor got your solution, but just chiming in that it's great to see you re-joining from another company :) Hope the new gig is going great!
