"Take Again" option in tests

FYI: I've seen the suggestion to change the "TAKE AGAIN" label to "TAKE AGAIN IF NEEDED," because that might be less confusing when the user has already passed the course.
To do that, open the Settings, go to the LABELS tab, and scroll down to the item you want to edit.
