Team Folders In Rise 360

We have a Team Folder where we house all our Rise courses. If the owner of some of the courses leaves the team, to the other members of the team still have access to the courses?


I know an Admin has to get involved to change the ownership of the course, but can the team still access the course file?

    Hi MarkColomb,

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    Any content a user creates with Articulate 360 web apps, like Rise 360, is connected to their Articulate ID and is considered personal content. Once they share any of that content with the team, it becomes shared content, unless they unshare it. Shared content remains with the subscription, so it must be transferred to another team member before the user leaves the team.

    If the content is still within the subscription, Team members will be able to see those items to which they're assigned collaborator roles.
