Hi Calvin,

The owner (original author) of a team slide can make all the changes, but others on your team are more limited in what they can do. 

Here’s the breakdown of tasks and permissions.

All team members can:

  • Share slides with the team
  • Create folders in the team slides browser
  • Move projects to different folders
  • Rename folders and projects
  • Delete empty folders

Only the original content owner can:

  • Replace a project he or she created with updated slides
  • Delete a folder when he or she created all the projects in the folder
  • Delete a project he or she created
  • Restore a project he or she created then deleted
