Test Banks - How can I limit the number of retakes by a learner?
Hello,
Does anyone have experience in limiting the number of retries for the entire exam when using a test bank? I'd like the learner to have 1 attempt at each question of the final exam but if a failing score is received they can only retake the final exam up to 3 times before they are locked out from any more retakes.
I know I can give the learner x tries at each question but that sort of defeats the point of using of the test bank and having each new attempt generating new questions. Perhaps there is a way of disabling the [RETRY] button on the Quiz Results slide after 2 attempts???? (I couldn't figure out how to do this.) Please advise if you have a solution for me. Here is a rough sample that might help you. I have created a second failure layer and added a number variable to count the attempts
