We are having a similar issue when trying to record text entry fields. They either appear as very small in the upper left corner (not on the screen image) or they don't appear at all and the slide shows as a hotspot. It seems to be related to the web-app, rather than which browser. We are using a web-based banking app from fiserv called Navigator.
