Test Out Option

For the test out option, what settings do I adjust to ensure the learner receives credit for the course with out having to touch all the screens?

Hi,

I have a course with a test-out option, however, our users are experiencing issues when they fail the test-out and go back to review one of the Storyline built lessons. It will not launch. I can see they tried to take the test out but scored a 71% so had to complete the lessons – for whatever reason when users fail the test out and work through the lessons/course, they are having issues.  Would you be able to advise?

    Hi Lauren! Do you have your course hosted on an LMS or a web server? Would you be able to share your course with us so that we can investigate further? You can open a support case here and share a copy of your course. Our engineers will be more than happy to assist you with your concerns.
