Text blinking
Hi there, I just signed up for the free trial version in order to get used to this program. When I write in the text box, the text starts to blink automatically. It is really disturbing not to see the whole text while editing. I've already uninstalled and install it twice but it is still the same...

Do you have Articulate 360, which includes Storyline 360, installed on your desktop? I've seen behavior similar to this when our applications are installed to an external location.

Hi Alba!
Thank you for clarifying which application you are using. Is Articulate 360 installed on your local hard drive (usually a C: Drive), or was it installed on a network drive?
As Lauren mentioned, we have seen this behavior when the desktop app was installed on a network drive/external location.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I installed Articulate 360 on my local hard drive C. I've even tried to download old versions just to see if this could help me. But nothing happened , it is still the same...

Can you share how this was resolved. Per a prompt I just updated Articulate 360 and am getting the same blinking effect when you try to edit a text box. Thanks

Thanks for contacting us and sharing that you're running into a similar issue.
I was able to take a look at the support case that Alba worked on with our team and the issue was a corrupted/outdated graphic driver on their machine.
That's a very specific issue for the individual, so there is not a standard solution to share with you here. I've opened a support case on your behalf so that you can work directly with our support team as well.

I just used the software a few days ago...opened it up today and am suddenly having the same issue. I can't edit textboxes without them blinking as I type. It's impossible to create slides effectively this way.
I updated 360...is this perhaps a glitch with the new update. It's surprising to me that multiple people would have the same issue in such short timing. Is anyone else having this issue?
Any help anyone can provide is appreciated.
