Blink

Hi everyone, I need some help on performing a blink, for example, I have multiple circles and when timeline starts, the first circle blinks for about 2secs, the after that the next circle blinks and so on, how do I stop the blink on the first circle and start it on the next?

Note: i have already created a blink variable (true/false) and its working but now to perform the other action is where I'm really stuck
