Text button/label, appears to be jumping in hover state

Hi, I am facing this issue now. I have 2 buttons on a slide, one button is perfect, and the second button's text moves when hovered over. When I copied the 'good' button, the text in that also started moving when hovered over. I read the above comment on adding a separate textbox, but if it's a text-box issue then it should be happening for all the buttons, but some buttons work just fine. If this could be fixed that would be great, as it would save a lot of time instead of copy-pasting a separate text box and then individually aligning its position in the states if the size of text changes or position changes, you know! Thanks. :)
