Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear that you encountered this behavior. Try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they help:
- Import your slides over to a new project file
- Try recreating the affected text entry boxes
- Do a repair of your Storyline 360 installation
If the issue persists, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at what's happening with your text entry boxes? We'll delete your file as soon as we're done troubleshooting.
