Text Entry outline out of place in preview/punlished

I'm having an issue with the outline of text entry inputs hovering out of place when I preview/publish, but where you actually enter the text rem...

Yes exactly, and you can type where the text entry should be just the outline is completely misaligned.
I've not had this problem in any other projects, I don't have any other text entries in this particular project so it's just in this slide. Maybe it's a case of I just delete it and start again?
I've saved this exercise seperately and attached below, thanks for your help!
