Text field entry issue – help urgently needed!

Hello,
we’ve encountered a peculiar error situation in Storyline 360. In a certain situation, the text entry fields get locked and it is no longer possible to enter text or edit it. 

The example case is as follows: when the user clicks a task icon on the base layer, the pop-up window (task layer) opens with text fields to enter notes. After completing the task the user then closes the window and moves forward in the course - so far so good.

Here’s where things get tricky: If the user then navigates back to the page, and opens the pop-up window again, the text fields are locked and can’t be edited.
When the user then closes the window and opens it once more, the text fields work as they should and are editable. The issue is the same throughout the course, so this is not a single incident.

Has anyone else encountered this type of error and what can cause it? Since this is a part of a project for our client, help is urgently needed to resolve this issue. Any advice is highly appreciated.

We are using the Storyline 360 version 3.67 (Build 3.67.28569.0). Please find attached a .story file to demonstrate the error situation.
