Text in bold doesn't work

I have a training module with a lot of text. I try to put some words in bold but I can see th effect in stotyline, but the preview and the integration into Rise 360, erase this style.

which version of the font you have installed - the "static" or the "variable" version?
storyline don't support "variable" fonts in web player
