Text Input project that doesn't always Complete

Hi, 

Forgive me if i'm misunderstanding your issue, but I don't think it's related to how people are accessing your course. 

From what I can see, each case will only be marked as 'Completed' if a user click on the hotspot which reveals the text box. However, even clicking the 'Type your answer' button reveals the actual layer to type. This circumvent would stop the status of that case changing to 'Completed'. 

Because it's on a true/false variable, I've not tested this far, but I would also imagine when revisiting a case and clicking the hotspot, would change the state from completed, until you went back a third time and clicked again, to make the statement true. 

I think what else could be causing a slight issue is the order you have your triggers. On each case page you initially had the set up as show the layer 'Text Input box' first, and then the complete status. I would personally change it the other way, so it 100% captures the Completed state before showing the layer (see below).
