Text Input project that doesn't always Complete

No worries at all.

I think it's less the orders of the triggers though, and more about the fact that people can get to the text entry box without clicking the hot spot that actually sets the case to completed. Here's the trigger that sets each case to complete. It's assigned to the hotspot on each case, not the actual typing box.

I'd suggest getting rid of the trigger on the red 'Type Your Answer' box that says:

You want them to have to click on the hotspot, the trigger allows them to skip that part.
