Text-to-Speech - Not connecting
Hello Ric!
Text-to-Speech relies on internet connection but shouldn't need an outside browser window open to work. Have you tried a repair of Storyline 360?
No.
Text to Speech often fails.
It states to Check you internet connection. How Do I do that? I open a browser, hit an external web site, any will do.
Whenever it fails, I refresh my webpage, and Text to Speech works.
What concerns me more is how often SL360 crashes. Repair did not help that either.

Can you clear your browser cache then log out of the Desktop App and sign back in to see if that helps:

Sadly, clearing all of the cache did not help as I had an unable to connect error within 18 minutes of work. My work-around of a refresh works quickly enough.
