Text-to-Speech - Not connecting
Good afternoon,
I have been trying to edit previous text-to-speech items and continue to receive the following error message: Unable to connect. Check your internet connection and try again.
I also tried to add a new text-to-speech item and received the same message. I installed a previous version and attempted both steps, receiving the same message in both instances. Does anyone know if text-to-speech is currently unavailable or when it may be fixed?
My coworker is also experiencing the same issue.

I'm still experiencing the text-to-speech outage....UGH!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with Text-to-speech. Thank you for reaching out to our support team, as well.
I see that my colleague Robby suggested logging out and back into the Articulate 360 desktop app. This step also helped others who encountered the same issue over the holidays.
I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with Robby until the issue is resolved.

Hi Lauren,
I'm now experiencing this same issue. My internet is fine, and when I close out and back in, I can do one more text-to-speech and then it does it again on the next slide. Thoughts?

Hi, every member of my team has this issue and none of us have been able to use the text to speech option.
We asked for the site to be whitelisted as in the instructions but no joy.
Anything else we can do?

Articulate 360 was acting little wonkie so I re-install the application. Working fine now... Thank you.

- First, I'd like to confirm that these network endpoints are enabled. Specifically, port 443. You may need your IT team to assist with this!

I'm sorry for the trouble. We had a minor outage with the text-to-speech feature yesterday but our engineering team has since fixed this. Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue!
