Text to speech audio within a marker.
Hello LeslieWilbourne,
Happy to help!
The Text-to-Speech option that's available in the "MARKER TOOLS (FORMAT) -> Audio" option is only for inserting Text-to-Speech. This is why you always see a blank input box whenever you select it. Typically, you need to right-click on a Text-to-Speech audio file in the timeline and select the "Text-to-Speech" option to edit the text, but this isn't available for marker audio since the audio doesn't get added, and therefore doesn't appear in the timeline. I recommend placing the text in the notes section (if you don't use it) or in an external text file if you find yourself frequently making changes to the Text-to-Speech script.
I'll let our product team know that you'd like an easier option to edit the script in future releases!
