Text to Speech Disabled?

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else having issues with Text to Speech not working in their slides? I was previewing a course I am designing and all of a sudden, the T2S is just silent. It's the same in all of my courses right now. Is anyone aware of what may be the cause of this?

      Hi Katie,

      We figured out what the problem was. One of the security functions installed on our computers was blocking the program as malware. Someone flipped a switch and we are back in business. Thanks for your quick response time. I appreciate your help.

  • Hi everyone. I'm just seeing this, trying to fix my issue.

    The last month, all of my text to speech worked fine, but today, none of them are working. 

    Please help. This is an issue and one that will cause us not to purchase the subscription if not fixed. I put in a ticket also in Articulate Support # 02955926

    Text to speech shows, but no sound coming out.
