Text Variable
Hi,
I am working with a template, one of the features is that users can enter their name, then throughout the interaction, the interaction will "address" the user by name. However, if the user leaves the text field blank, the interaction just leaves a blank space where their name should be. Example: "Hello Jessica," would just be "Hello ,". Is there a way to set a blank entry to a specific word, like "Friend" or "Learner" or something generic like that?

Hi Jessica,
You can add a trigger to set the value of the text variable when clicking on the BTN if the text is blank.
